Business, Service, and Website Policies


1. General Business Policy

TTJBT operates with transparency, professionalism, and respect for every client. All projects, services, and communications are handled in an orderly manner to ensure customer satisfaction and clear expectations throughout the process.


2. Payment Policy

  • A deposit may be required before project work begins.

  • Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Invoices must be paid by the due date listed.

  • Work may pause if payment terms are not met.


3. Website Development Policy

  • TTJBT builds websites based on the information, images, and content provided by the client.

  • We make no guarantees regarding long-term uptime, hosting performance, or third-party changes.

  • Any additional features, plugins, or revisions outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

  • TTJBT is not responsible for content provided by the client that infringes on copyright or violates platform policies.


4. Content & Image Policy

  • Clients are responsible for supplying accurate content, images, and business details.

  • TTJBT is not liable for the quality, legality, or ownership of client-provided content.

  • Stock images or design elements provided by TTJBT must not be resold, redistributed, or reused outside the assigned project.


5. Hosting & Domain Policy

  • TTJBT assists with hosting setup, domain transfers, and configuration.

  • Hosting and domain services are managed by third-party providers; therefore, TTJBT cannot guarantee uptime, speed, or service availability.

  • Any hosting upgrades or renewals are the responsibility of the client.


6. Revision & Modification Policy

  • Projects include a reasonable number of revisions within the agreed scope.

  • Major changes, redesign requests, or add-on features may require additional charges or updated timelines.

  • Once a project is approved, any further changes are treated as new requests.


7. Refund Policy

  • Due to the custom nature of digital work, all sales are considered final.

  • Refunds are not issued once work has begun or digital assets have been created.

  • Exceptions may be considered only in situations where TTJBT has not delivered the agreed-upon services.


8. Privacy Policy

  • TTJBT does not share or sell client information.

  • Any data collected is used strictly for project communication, billing, and support.

  • Sensitive information is handled securely and confidentially.


9. Support & Maintenance Policy

  • TTJBT provides one month of support for training, updates, and guidance once the website is launched (if included in the package).

  • Ongoing support plans are available upon request.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining plugins, updates, and backups unless a maintenance plan is purchased.


10. Liability Policy

  • TTJBT is not responsible for website downtime, data loss, platform changes, third-party service issues, or actions caused by hosting providers.

  • We are not liable for misuse, unauthorized access, or changes made by the client or any third-party after project completion.

  • No guarantees or promises of future website performance, ranking, or availability are made.


11. Agreement Acceptance

By using TTJBT services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these policies. These policies may be updated periodically to reflect business needs and industry standards.
